- Reduce firm-wide carbon emissions by 30% by 2027 through digital optimisation and travel efficiency.
- Enusre at least 75% our services are delivered sustainability.
- Ensure all projects align with the UN Sustainable Development Goals.
Leadership and Capacity Building
We build prioritise investing in people within our firm and in the systems we serve. We aim to:
- Deliver capacity-building programmes for public sector leaders and staff.
- Provide impactful training per staff member per year across leadership, governance, and innovation.
Project Delivery and Client Impact
We measure our success by the tangible outcomes achieved for our clients and the communities they serve. We aim to:
- Deliver at least 95% of projects on time, within budget, and aligned with client expectations.
- Achieve 90%+ satisfaction rate across all consulting engagements.
- Ensure documented, measurable outcomes in 100% of completed projects (e.g., policy change, institutional reform, system efficiency).
Social Impact
