With the sole aim of ‘Exceeding Expectations’, we provide bespoke consultancy services and expertise whilst retaining a realistic and professional outlook.

Executive Director/Founder
Dr Roni Ajao
Dr Ajao is the founding member of MRL® Public Sector Consultants (Ltd), established in October 2002. Since the company’s formation, MRL® Public Sector Consultants (Ltd) has expanded and now incorporates MRL® International Educational Services (MRL®-Edu) which specialises in youth and executive education and training. The organisation is a recognised practice of the Institute of Consulting (IC), a Corporate Member of the Chartered Management Institute (CMI), a Corporate Affiliate Member of the Association for Project Management (APM) and a Corporate Member of the Institute of Environmental Management Assessment (IEMA).
Dr Ajao, an Associate Professor and international Management Consultant holds a Doctorate in Business Administration from Durham University (UK). She also has degrees from several reputable educational institutions in the UK, US and Europe. Internationally, Dr Ajao is an experienced adviser to governments and has worked on several key programmes, including projects for the United Nations (UN), the World Bank and the UK Department for International Development (DFID). In the UK, Dr Ajao has been awarded Fellowship of the Institute of Consulting (IC), Fellowship and Chartered Status of the Chartered Management Institute (CMI); Fellowship of the Institute of Leadership and Management (ILM) and Fellowship of the Association for Project Management (APM).
Dr Ajao has an intrinsic passion for education, specifically, educating and mentoring the youth and upcoming executives which she has been actively undertaking since 2008. Dr Ajao has taught and regularly teaches at various prestigious educational institutions, such as Cambridge University, Manchester University Business School, Liverpool Business School and Anglia Ruskin University London (ARUL).
